Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to regulate the conditions and procedures for the use of all services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) provided by ETES (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) on the website (e-tess.com).  
Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows.
1. User: A person who receives services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions
2. Use contract: A contract between the company and the user regarding the use of the service
3. Registration: Fill in the relevant information in the application form provided by the Company, agree to these Terms and Conditions, and complete the service use contract
4. Member: A person who has registered as a member by providing personal information necessary for membership registration on this site.
5. User ID : A combination of English letters and numbers selected by the user and approved by the Company for the identification of the member and the use of the service by the member.
6. PASSWORD: A combination of English characters, numbers, and special characters set by the user himself to protect the member’s information.
7. Termination of use: Expression of intention by the company or the member to terminate the use contract after using the service
Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms and Conditions) If a member does not agree to the changed terms and conditions, he or she may request to withdraw (terminate) membership, and if he or she continues to use the service without expressing his or her refusal after 7 days from the effective date of the changed terms, it is considered that he or she has agreed to the changes in the terms and conditions.
① It is effective by posting on the service screen of these Terms or by announcing it on the notice board or other means.
② The Company may change the contents of these Terms and Conditions if deemed necessary, and the changed Terms and Conditions will be notified on the service screen, and if you continue to use the Service without expressing your intention to refuse after 7 days after the notice, you will be deemed to have agreed to the changes in the Terms and Conditions.
③ If the user does not agree to the changed terms and conditions, the user may stop using the service and cancel his/her membership registration, and if the user continues to use the service, it is deemed that the user has agreed to the change of the terms and conditions, and the changed terms and conditions shall take effect in the same way as the previous paragraph. 
Article 4 (Applicable Regulations) Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the provisions of the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other relevant laws and regulations.
Chapter 2 Service Use Agreement
Article 5 (Establishment of the Use Agreement)
The use contract is established with the Company’s approval of the user’s application for use and the user’s agreement to the terms and conditions. 
Article 6 (Application for Use)
Users may apply for use by recording their personal information on the membership application form required by the Company on the membership information screen of the Service.  
Article 7 (Acceptance of application for use)
① If a member accurately fills out all the information in the application form and applies for use, he or she shall approve the application for service use unless there are special circumstances.
② In the following cases, consent to use may not be granted.
1. When you do not apply under your real name
2. When applying using another person’s name
3. If the contents of the application for use are falsely stated
4. When the application is made for the purpose of disturbing the well-being, order, or morals of society.
5. When the application requirements set by the company are not met.
Article 8 (Modification of Contract Details)
The member shall correct the information stated at the time of application for use, and the member shall be responsible for any problems arising from not modifying it.
Chapter 3 Obligations of Contracting Parties
Article 9 (Obligations of the Company)
The Company shall not disclose or distribute the personal information of members known in relation to the provision of services to a third party without the consent of the member.  However, this does not apply if there is a request from a national agency in accordance with the provisions of laws such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications, for the purpose of investigating a crime, or if there is a request based on other procedures prescribed by relevant laws and regulations. 
Article 10 (Obligations of Members)
① Members shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service.
1. Fraudulent use of another member’s ID
2. Reproduction, publication, or provision of information obtained from the service to a third party
3. Infringement of the company’s copyright, third party’s copyright, or other rights
4. Dissemination of content that violates public order and morals
5. Acts that are objectively judged to be related to crimes
6. Acts that violate other relevant laws and regulations
② Members may not use the service to engage in business activities, and the company is not responsible for the results of using the service.
③ Members may not transfer or gift the right to use the service or other status under the use contract to others, and may not provide them as collateral.
Chapter 4 Use of Services
Article 11 (Obligations of Members)
① Members are responsible for the maintenance of their own e-mails, bulletin boards, and registration materials as needed.  ② Members may not arbitrarily delete or change the materials provided by the Company. ③ Members shall not register on the Company’s website any content that violates public order and morals or infringes on other rights such as copyrights of third parties.
If such content is posted, the member is responsible for all the consequences that occur. 
Article 12 (Management and deletion of posts)
For efficient service operation, the member’s memory space, message size, and storage days may be restricted, and the registered content may be deleted without prior notice if it falls under any of the following:
1. If the content slanders another member or a third party or damages their reputation by slandering them
2. If the content violates public order and morals
3. If the content is recognized as being related to a criminal act
4. If the content infringes the company’s copyright, third party’s copyright, or other rights
5. If a member posts pornographic content on the company’s homepage and bulletin board or links to pornographic sites
6. If it is judged to be in violation of other relevant laws and regulations
Article 13 (Copyright of Postings)
The copyright of the post belongs to the publisher himself, and the member may not use the material posted on the service for commercial purposes, such as processing or selling information obtained by using the service.
Article 14 (Service Hours)
The use of the service shall be 24 hours a day, seven days a week, unless there is a special disruption due to business or technology. However, this does not apply when there is a reason such as regular maintenance. 
Article 15 (Responsibility for Service Use)
The Company shall not engage in acts such as hacking, links to obscene sites, illegal distribution of commercial S/W, etc., using the Service, and the Company shall not be responsible for the results and losses of business activities caused by the violation, or legal actions taken by related organizations.  
Article 16 (Suspension of Service Provision) In the following cases, the service may be suspended.
1. In case of unavoidable circumstances due to construction such as repair of service facilities
2. When a telecommunication service provider as stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunication services
3. If you need a system overhaul
4. If there are other force majeure reasons
Chapter 5 Contract Termination and Restriction of Use
Article 17 (Termination of Contract and Restriction of Use)
① When a member wishes to terminate the use contract, the member must apply for termination through the Internet, and the company will take action after confirming the identity of the member.
② If a member engages in any of the following acts, the Company shall notify the customer of the intention at least 30 days prior to the termination and give the user an opportunity to express his or her opinion.
1. In the event that another person’s user ID and password are stolen
2. In case of intentionally interfering with the operation of the service
3. If you apply for membership under false pretenses
4. If the same user has dual registration with different IDs
5. Dissemination of content that interferes with public order and morals
6. In the event of an act that damages the reputation of another person or causes a disadvantage
7. In the event that a large amount of information is transmitted, or advertising information is transmitted for the purpose of interfering with the stable operation of the service
8. In the case of distributing computer virus programs that cause malfunction of information and communication facilities or destruction of information, etc.
9. In case of infringement of the intellectual property rights of the Company or other members or third parties
10. Fraudulently using another person’s personal information, user ID, or password
11. If a member posts pornographic content on his or her homepage or bulletin board or links to a pornographic site
12. If it is judged to be in violation of other relevant laws and regulations

Chapter 6 Other
Article 18 (Prohibition of Assignment)
Members may not transfer or gift the right to use the service or other status under the use contract to others and may not provide them as collateral.
Article 19 (Compensation for Damages)
The Company shall not be liable for any damage incurred by the Member in relation to the service provided free of charge, except for the damage caused by the Company’s intentional or gross negligence.
Article 20 (Disclaimer)
① The Company is exempt from responsibility for providing services if it is unable to provide services due to natural disasters, wars, or another equivalent force majeure.
② The Company is exempt from liability for damages caused by unavoidable reasons such as repair, replacement, periodic inspection, and construction of service facilities.
③ The company is not responsible for any obstacles in the use of the service due to reasons attributable to the member.
④ The Company is not responsible for the profit expected by the members from using the Service or any damage caused by the data obtained through the Service.
⑤ The Company is not responsible for the reliability and accuracy of information, data, and facts posted by members on the Service.
Article 21 (Court of Jurisdiction)
In the event of a lawsuit arising from the use of the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction.
Appendix
(Effective Date) These Terms and Conditions shall be effective from June 13, 2017.
